Lemon Ice box Pie

Everytime I start really missing my Mom (I always miss her), I try to cook something she used to cook, I wish I'd watched her better when she was trying to teach me. Anyway, I have been thinking about her lemon ice box pie for a while now so I decided to try it today. I didn't have the recipe and I knew it had sweetened condensed milk so i did a google search, it doesn't really look like hers but maybe it will taste like it. I kind of cheated by using lemon juice out of the fake lemon instead of juicing my own, so we'll see. A while back I started trying to make chicken n dumplings like she did, now that took quite a while to master but now they are delicious, well Gracie says they give her gas but other than that, they are a real hit. I hope we are making those great memories in the kitchen like my mom made with me. Anyway, if anyone has the correct lemon icebox recipe send it my way. The one I used just has lemon juice, condensed milk and eggs, which seems a little too easy. So, that's what's cooking today......
